In my heart, I am teacher. And while learning a new skill or experiencing a new technique in yoga and the Eastern Healing Arts is important to me, sharing my knowledge with others really brings fulfillment and purpose into my heart.
As a yoga teacher, the very nature of what I teach is impermanent: a class begins and ends. When class is over, only the memory of the experience remains. There is no actual posture that you can lay your hands on and carry around with you. There is no blissful meditation that you can physically grasp, display on your desk, and pick up when you need it again. Yoga happens in the moment. The lessons live within us, moment to moment.
Because of this ethereal nature that is a yoga practice, I'm thrilled to announce the publication of my new book, Become the Architect of Your Body Mind and Soul. Here in print is a culmination of tools for daily living you can reference as often as needed. Easily apply the intangible lessons of yoga outlined in the book to create your life in the fullest expression of yourself!
Below are some reviews and correspondence I've received on the book from both yogis and non-yogis:
This book is already helping me make huge positive changes in my life. I am so grateful.
I love the chapter on inhaling and exhaling!
My days are sometimes laced with abundant anxiety and self doubt…The doubt and anxiety have somehow dissipated after reading your words. When it creeps back, I go back to the book. I don’t feel so alone anymore.
Life is a personal journey. And creating our best selves takes courage. For these reasons, I've withheld the names to protect the privacy of those who have reached out to me.
Please let me know how Become the Architect of Your Body, Mind, and Soul speaks to you.
