Summer is finally here and there's nothing like a relaxing vacation out of town to sabotage your studio yoga practice. Last summer in Athens, I was so excited to count my steps and realize I was averaging over 10 miles per day! But while the sights were great, by day's end, I could feel the tension in my legs and back from racking up the miles walking on ancient marble, concrete, and cobblestone in my fashionable, yet unsupportive, summer sandals.
