Ready for some fun? Join Lara and Marlena for a Yoga Pro Wheel Bootcamp Intensive! They will introduce you to this useful prop to help you maximize your backbends, open your shoulders, hips and hamstrings, plus strengthen your core.
This Bootcamp Intensive is for all levels of yoga students who are ready to be fearless in their practice and try something new!
The Bootcamp includes use of a Yoga Pro Wheel during the Yoga Pro Wheel Bootcamp classes. Limited to 7 participants.
Bootcamp meets 3 times:
- Friday, April. 13, 6:45 - 8 pm
- Saturday, April. 14, 12:30 - 1:45 pm
- Sunday, April. 15, 7:15 - 8:30 pm
