If you are brand new to starting a yoga practice, we recommend beginning with any class on the schedule listed as “Hot Yoga 60,” including “VIP Hot Yoga 60,” for your very first class experience.

What to know before your first hot yoga or barre class:
Pre-registration required for all classes. New students are welcome to every class, but must register online in advance. Be sure to see our full policies in this time of COVID-19 before your first class.
Try to avoid eating a heavy meal within 2 hours of your first class. Drink plenty of water throughout your day to be hydrated for your class. Classes are appropriate for all levels and we have beginners in every class.
Everyone in class needs
a yoga mat
a large towel that goes over the mat
water
to wear clothing you are comfortable moving & sweating in.
Barre classes also use small weights and balls which are provided or you may bring your own.
We do not rent towels, please bring your own.
We have a filtered water refill if you bring your own water bottle.
