No advanced skills are needed to participate in this immersion, but comfort with the Hot 60 and/or Barkan Vinyasa, plus a desire to expand, is essential. Not appropriate for first time yoga students.
Through the e84 Intermediate workshops and playshops, e84 class, deep posture work, flexibility drills, movement exploration, and Q & A, Friday and Saturday will prepare you to experience to full advanced class on Sunday!
