VIRTUAL Moon Circle Yoga

Honor each of the 5 Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water) to create your Sacred Circle for April’s New Moon.

We will connect virtually for this month’s moon circle:

Through Google Hangouts Meet , you can (optionally) enable your own camera through the app and interact live with the group! (Feeling SHY!?! haha — you can keep your camera off if you don’t want to be seen but still want to participate)

What you need for this workshop:

🌘Google Hangouts Meet: You must download this free app (for your computer or your phone)

🌘Your sacred home practice space: we will work together through this workshop to create a special home space for you. This doesn’t need to be anything fancier that a simple area where you can unroll your mat and access your phone/table/computer camera.

🌘Optional:

• Candles and a way to light them — we will light these “together” during the workshop

• Paper and a pencil

• Any favorite crystals — mala bracelets or necklaces work great too!

• A houseplant (you’ll see why!)
